What started as a friendly coho competition turned into one of our best fishing seasons ever. Nearly 70 coho came aboard our Ranger Tugs R25, all while using the same crazy setup Derek put together at the beginning of the season.

Derek and Sarah demonstrate a custom dummy flasher rig designed to improve salmon fishing by isolating the lure from the flasher. This configuration allows fishers to directly feel and fight the fish during the retrieve, rather than struggling against the drag of traditional inline gear.
